Early in the Assessment phase The Five Elements Team will be observing and gathering data on how your business or practice functions. We will pay particular attention to key areas of policy and office procedure, always alert for bad habits that can lead to a data breach incident.

Following this immediately is a Cyber Security Awareness training that will provide the foundation of the Five Elements System, we will educate key employees or the entire team on the tactics used by real world criminals and give them the skills to make better security decisions.

Upon completion of initial training, the Five Elements Team will assist in the development of new written policy and procedure as well as a mitigation plan to start correcting those bad habits.

Finally, a few weeks after initial training we will begin testing the Team with Phishing emails, Vishing Calls, and other bad guy tactics. This provides feedback to stakeholders and can indicate the need for additional training or policy implementation. This Train and Test process leads to our ultimate goal which is a culture of Security Awareness!
